| AmSouth takes a very reactionary stance when deciding what constitutes suspicious activity from day to day. In the beginning SARs were filed on anything and everything--above and beyond Federal Standards (kneejerk reaction to the Feds fining AmSouth) and now SARs aren't filed on customers who are clearly structuring. The turnover in the suspicious activity department is unbelievable! I have worked SAR cases for numerous banks and am astounded at how poorly run this department is. Does the bank care that there is so much turnover in this department? Evidently not. They didn't even show up to training offered by the FED that was taking place in the same building. You would think a bank that has been under as much scrutiny as this one, would have at least attended the training! |

| Given your comments, I would really like to correspond with you. The ShameOnBanks website has not yet "recovered" from the sabotage; however, we have made available a new e-mail address for those that do not feel comfortable responding in an open forum. If you so desire, please contact me at Marchand_Site@msn.com. I welcome your response. Thanks and God Bless. |
