| I am so tired of tellers accepting non-negotiable items for deposit or worse CASHING non-negotiable items. They usually say THIS IS NOT A CHECK in big bold letters, but tellers just don't give a damn. Or accepting customers FINAL PAYMENT NOTICES on their loans. You can't accept a notice that doesn't have the MICR line on the bottom. And when the IBS tickets go out, tellers call and ask "What do I do with this?!" HELLO! Send the right copy and the ticket in your proof work (singles). GEEZ! |

| A ROM is a Regional Operations Manager. They are the ones who make sure we are following policies and procedures for all things operational. |
| Hey |
|
| I didn't know that. What do they consider to be operational? |
| Hey I suppose |
|
| I suppose that I asked a rather dumb question. |

| Things like teller procedures, compliance testing, using the right tickets for transactions, basically making sure the branch is doing what they're supposed to be doing. |
| time to do your freakin job |
|
| it would also be nice if they would come in on time, know there job 100% and not have to hold their hands the whole time we are there . |
