Look at it this way, you have an expectation every day you go into work that your job is a public facing job dealing with a person who has placed complete trust of the safeguarding of their finances in the hand of Regions, and by extension, you.
The customer does not have the expectation that the institution would systematically remove large chunks of their money from their account for the slimest or questionable of reasons that appear to be at the sole discretion of that institution.
And you, as the face of this financial institution get to see the face of that frustration.
