| As a whole, I don't have a lot of terrible things to say about Regions Bank. Ok, their change in cutoff times for deposits was a bad move and getting charged OD fees for pending charges is crazy, but...If you want something to really dislike, try out the Albert Pike branch in Hot Springs, AR. Can you say I-N-C-O-M-P-T-E-N-T? From poor service to unknowledgeable staff, that branch has it all. But don't take my word, try it out for yourself! |

| This post is HILARIOUS! A couple years back I had to deal with this particular branch--WHAT A JOKE! From what I observed, there was an old overweight lump-of-a-lady, an old scanky hooker-like lady, and a motley bunch of uneducated tellers. Regions- do yourself a favor and CLOSE this branch, if not for your financial sake, for your existing customers' sake. |
