| I payed by checkcard over the phone. The transaction was in pending stage at the bank, then it was no longer pending and it never cleared my account. This has been over nine months ago.I have over 400$ in my account that should have been taken out months ago. How long do they have to take the money out of my account. The place that i paid has told me that they have gotten the money. The bank employees look at me like I'm stupid and tell me they have 180 days to post the transaction.In these hard times it is hard not to dip into that money when i know it is just sitting there.I'm afraid that if i do dip into it then it will post after nine months and charge me over draft fees.Sorry this is so long but i need answers and the bank employees are no help. |
